Both of these companies are going to play a supplementary role regarding the smart, modular, end-to-end, and integrated solutions provided by Optimum for the operational and daily fleet rental sector. Besides, the acquisition of the two companies will contribute also to outsourcing service activities with which Optimum has been achieving rapid growth in the insurance sector.
